You Must Choose In Life!

In living, one lurches from web to web,
Soul ever at risk, like a foolish fly,
Daring the spider; nor does danger ebb
As money grows, nor fame aplenty hie*,
Or the world at his feet does humbly bow.
Where, you may ask, can the weary one flee,
Soul safely abide? Who provides, and how?
Look not to self; alone, no soul is free
From the devil's fiery second death,
Nor succor from Ionian sages**!
Your chance to choose is gone with your last breath;
Choose God now, and be safe for the ages!
The quicker chosen, longer safe your soul;
Your name is entered on God's Life Book roll!

*hie = come; **Ionian sages = old Greek philosophers

You are living in this world because God is testing you for your fitness to receive an eternal life in Paradise. This time is very short really---during life you must become aware of your Creator and learn how to live by His standards; plus recognize that an evil force will do his best to tempt you away from God's way to the ways of the world. Most importantly, you must do all this between the ages of about 10 years to your death; if you let the time pass without choosing God's way, you lose forever your chance for the wonderful eternal life in heaven. Choose while you live, or die and your soul spends eternity in the place where punishment by fire reigns.

It is easier to accept Jesus Christ as Lord while a young child than it is as an older person. Your chances of trusting in God grow smaller each year that passes, while your chances of losing the opportunity to choose by death increase proportionally as you age.

You may not have known that you are being tested in this life; my prayer is that you will begin to find out more about God and quickly accept Jesus, so that you won't lose your right to the abundance of the real everlasting life because of not knowing about it here and now. Think about it; it's really a no-brainer. Unimaginable riches can be yours free for the asking now.
